The GSOC Associate- Customer Service assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will handle critical communications and support essential security functions. As a crucial member of the 24/7 Customer Service team, the Associate serves as a vital connection between Pinkerton and the client . Responsibilities Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Handle time-sensitive email correspondence for security and safety matters Process and document site-specific issues and incidents Manage confidential information with utmost discretion Triage and escalate urgent security and safety concerns Support global customers across different time zones Provide professional support for workplace environment requests Create clear, detailed documentation for incident tracking All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in international affairs/relations, business, emergency management, political science, criminal justice, or related discipline, Strong written and verbal English communication skills Critical thinking abilities and excellent judgment Proficiency in Computer skills: Microsoft Office Attention to detail and organizational skills Professional demeanour in handling sensitive information Proficient typing and documentation skills Able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy Customer service experience, preferred Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities Capability to remain calm and focused during urgent situations Working Conditions: With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions; Regular computer usage. Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. Frequent sitting. Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed. Travel, as required.
