We’re Hiring: GTA Account Manager
Territory: Mississauga to Peterborough, south of Highway 401
Company: RENO LED Lighting

About the Role
We’re expanding our Ontario sales team with a Sales Representative to manage a high-potential territory. You’ll take over an established book of business, inheriting key accounts from our seasoned reps—excluding a few strategic relationships that will remain with senior leadership. Your mission? Build trust, fuel growth, and bring a fresh perspective to long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage an assigned territory of electrical distributors across the GTA, primarily south of Highway 401
  • Support existing accounts and pursue opportunities for upselling and new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product knowledge, inventory, and customer service delivery
  • Learn our CRM (Odoo), product lines, and sales process during onboarding
  • Participate in ride-alongs with senior reps and shadow customer interactions
  • Transition into full account ownership by January 2026

Ideal Candidate

  • 0–2 years of B2B sales or customer service experience (lighting, electrical, or tech product experience is a plus)
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn a technical product line
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you’re relationship-driven and don’t rely on a legacy contact list
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and ready to hit the road to build your territory
  • Based in or near the GTA with a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance
