What We’re Looking For:
A leader with a strong background in Rental services, Scaffold, Shoring construction, Union labour services in commercial and industrial. Solid industry knowledge both customers and competitors.
Hands-on experience managing teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering operational and financial results
Comfortable leading both sales and operations
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for developing people and growing business
