Description
Ensure the temporary inventory for TJ Aerospace plant, meets with all Mexican Customs regulations with an import/export operation. There are customs requirements, that this position needs to ensure in order to maintain the current certifications and government programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC, OEA programs and VAT certification among others. This position is also responsible for maintaining and updating compliance documents to reflect current regulatory requirements and procedures. GTM Analyst is responsible for engagement delivery, customs compliance, quality, productivity and report management, and exception management; as well as reporting metrics or KPIs of their operation in charge. 1. Ensure for the temporary inventory management of MX sites in charge. 2. Ensure the full compliance with New Customs Regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications Skills USA/ Mexico, ITAR regulations, military license agreement, Free trade agreements, etc. 3. Monitor the import/export of raw materials, finished goods, equipment, scrap, non-productive material, excess and obsolete (E&O) operation on a monthly basis. 4. Perform audits to the annex 24 (Interfaces, Operation's Report, I/E Modules, BOM's, Product Values & Costs, Country of Origin, NAFTA Certificates or Manufacturer Affidavit, Duty Payments, Eight Rule, Prosec's) and maintain this info updated in the system. 5. Inventory Reconciliation performance between Annex 24 and ERP (MFG Pro, QAD, ENOVIA), including: cycle counts, receiving discrepancies, Inventory adjustments, company losses, Perpetual Inventories, company Sales. 6. Responsible for maintaining the electronic or hard copy records for the customs Operations performed in Mexico such as Pediments, HTS catalogs, reports of Annex 31, Annex 24, Annex 22. 7. Collaborate with the Trade Compliance Lead to attend customs audits and any other requirements from SAT. 8. Ability to work with SCM and the other departments to get the necessary information of Raw Materials, Identify New products and BOM's as well as with other departments that need support from the Trade Compliance team.
