Skills & Qualification Proven experience in market analysis, data interpretation, and data-driven decision-making. Strong understanding of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity. Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive market research reports, including market analysis, customer profiles, and competitor insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Design, develop, and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing teams, and external partners. Provide analytical support and guidance to marketing teams, including ad-hoc analysis and special projects. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including market research, creative development, and campaign measurement. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in market analysis and reporting.
