Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here https://www.bayer.com/en/strategy/strategy TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the proper and complete documentation for launching commercial campaigns and commercial agreements using and implementing digital and AI tools. Follow up the rebates process completion, ensuring documentation and guidelines are fulfilled for an effective payment process. Plan, design, develop, schedule, communicate and monitor sales agreement signings through survey platforms. Develop and schedule surveys through online platforms. Develop Power BI dashboards that involve connections to different data sources. Data validation and uploading of reports to external portals. Ensure data validated gathered data from the commercial agreements and properly linked with our data lake or any other use across Bayer platforms. Establish a post-mortem analysis report for campaigns and commercial rebates including KPIs. Timely reporting status of active campaigns and signing agreements process. Ad-hoc analysis of information on campaigns, agreements and VIP clients. Ensure the commercial campaigns, signing agreement and growers program process execution together with relevant teams. Organize and coordinate relevant teams to ensure campaigns and commercial programs are properly executed since they are launched and when they are recognized by our customers. Planning, monitoring and support for the sales team regarding projects and deadlines. Interaction and influence among multiple users. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in data Engineer, Business Administration, Marketing or Economics. Experience in business intelligence, trade marketing or pricing or economics. Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics. Key competencies: result driven, customer focus and manages complexity. Experience with AI/ML frameworks. Experience in data mining with views in BigQuery. Experience with Python, R, or SQL for data processing. Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Familiarity with large-scale data processing and cloud AI services. Ability to integrate AI models into decision-making processes and align them with business objectives. English level B2+.
