Description

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.
We’re searching for a GTM Engineer, AI Platforms to operate as an embedded technical partner within the RevOps team (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Partner Ops, Revenue Enablement). This role sits at the center of our Revenue Organization, and will help shape the internal AI foundations and workflows across the customer journey. Your work will span prototyping and experimentation to integration and automation in production environments. You will also design, implement, and scale key initiatives on our AI GTM Roadmap.
If you’re a builder at heart — someone who codes, thinks in APIs, and prototypes with Agents while understanding the realities of enterprise GTM complexity — this role is for you.

As a GTM Engineer, you’ll …

  • Build Custom LLM Apps for GTM: Design, build, and ship custom LLM/GPT apps that speed up GTM workflows
  • Architect AI System Integrations: Stand up scalable backends that connect AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Pinecone, Weaviate…) to core tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Translate GTM Pain Into AI Workflows: Work across teams to map real GTM problems into intelligent, AI-backed automations — balance UX, scalability, and business impact.
  • Own Full-Stack AI Builds: From API prototyping to cloud function deployment — own the full build cycle and make systems talk to each other.
  • Document & Enable AI Tools: Create docs, guides, and demos that help both technical and non-technical folks adopt, trust, and troubleshoot your builds.
