As a GTM Engineering Intern at UNITH, you won’t be observing from the sidelines. You’ll be testing, building, and shipping real solutions, learning how AI products are taken to market from the inside, and contributing meaningful work from day one. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, product, sales, and growth, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools while helping build real, market-facing products used by real customers. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Support sales with demo setup, custom flows, and basic technical validation Handle onboarding-related tasks: account setup, bug fixes, avatar management, etc. Build and maintain internal and external tools (integrations, scraping scripts, automation workflows) Contribute to documentation, prompt templates, and customer-facing technical resources Assist with usage tracking, data collection, and marketing insights Coordinate with Product when additional hands are needed for low-priority but high-impact work ✅ What We’re Looking For The ideal profile would be: Strong technical orientation Solid programming fundamentals Comfortable with APIs, Zapier/n8n, databases, low-code tools, simple scripting Ability to build small web apps, landing pages, or internal tools (React, HTML/CSS, JS or similar) Interest and knowledge in AI, LLMs and conversational interfaces Fast learner with high versatility, creativity, curiosity, and a strong builder mindset, with high execution speed, able to understand our product and AI market deeply and support internal and external stakeholders Clear communicator, able to document what they build and share learnings Flexible enough to contribute across onboarding, product, sales support, technical QA, and internal tooling Interested in growth, marketing automation, and the technical side of GTM (go-to-market) Final-year student or recent graduate in: Computer Science Software Engineering Telecommunications Engineering Data / Systems Engineering Or related fields 💼 What We Offer Hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI startup Real exposure to GTM, sales, and product processes Accelerated learning and real ownership from day one Opportunity for growth within the team A flexible, collaborative, and impact-driven environment The opportunity to test, experiment with, and apply cutting-edge AI tools as they emerge The chance to build real, market-facing projects and products using UNITH’s conversational AI avatars, working on use cases that go live with real customers
Responsibilities
