Job Summary: We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of growth, product, and engineering. This role is for someone who loves building systems that scale revenue — from lead capture to conversion to onboarding. You will design and deploy automation-first growth infrastructure that powers our sales and marketing engine. If you enjoy turning messy manual workflows into clean automated systems, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Build and maintain automation systems across the growth stack (lead routing, enrichment, outreach, onboarding, reporting). Design workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, APIs, and CRM integrations. Connect and orchestrate tools such as HubSpot, data platforms, outreach tools, and analytics systems. Develop lightweight scripts and integrations using JavaScript or Python. Integrate AI/LLM APIs to automate workflows like lead research, outreach personalization, and customer insights. Build scalable growth infrastructure that supports marketing campaigns and sales pipelines. Work closely with growth, product, and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and launch new automation workflows. Create dashboards and analytics pipelines to track funnel performance and growth experiments. Must Have Skills Experience building automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms Basic programming experience in JavaScript or Python Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) Experience working with data tools like SQL, Airtable, or similar Our Way of Life — The Karbon ValuesC – Collaborate to Win We win together.
