As a GTM Engineer, you build a smart, scalable, and automated commercial machine. You ensure that systems communicate with each other, processes run efficiently, and teams can manage based on real-time insights – all aimed at revenue growth and maximum impact.
You smartly set up our commercial tech stack, automate manual processes, and develop workflows in HubSpot that streamline the entire lead-to-customer process. You ensure data is accurate, tools are connected via APIs, and you investigate and implement AI solutions that add immediate value.
Additionally, you support commercial teams with technical solutions and actively contribute to the strategic setup of our go-to-market landscape. You bring technology and commerce together, resulting in smart insights.
What are you going to do?
You automate manual processes using software and AI;
You develop and manage workflows in HubSpot to improve the lead-to-customer process;
You ensure complete and reliable data (data analysis, data hygiene);
You link systems via APIs and build data flows;
You manage and optimize the GTM-tool stack;
You strategically contribute to value creation and prioritization.

Do you see yourself in this position?
You have experience with cleaning and structuring data;
You have experience with HubSpot or comparable systems;
You have knowledge of API connections and workflow tools;
Experience with N8N is a big plus;
You can independently set up a data warehouse (or know how it should be set up);
You are analytical, curious, and think in solutions;
You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree;
You are preferably available 40 hours per week, 32-36 hours is negotiable.

A starting salary between €4000 and €5000 gross per month, depending on experience;
