The Role This isn’t traditional RevOps. This is hands-on, technical GTM engineering. You’ll sit at the intersection of: Sales Growth Data Automation Your mission: Build and optimize the infrastructure that powers our entire revenue engine. What You’ll Own Lead Intelligence & List Building - Scrape and enrich lead data using tools and scripts - Build high-quality, segmented lead lists - Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, scraping tools, APIs, and enrichment platforms - Continuously improve data quality and targeting logic - Outbound shouldn’t rely on guesswork. It should run on signal. GTM Automations - Build automations using Make / Zapier - Connect HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn, Airtable, and other tools - Design workflows that eliminate manual tasks - Automate lead routing, enrichment, tagging, and lifecycle transitions - If it’s repetitive, it should be automated. Sales & SDR Sequences - Set up and optimize outbound sequences - Structure email + LinkedIn cadences - Align messaging workflows with ICP segments - Improve conversion rates across touchpoints - Sequences are systems. Systems should be engineered. Integrations & Infrastructure - Connect tools across the revenue stack - Build API-based integrations where needed - Write Python scripts for scraping and automation - Maintain data integrity across systems - Troubleshoot workflow issues proactively - You should be comfortable going from no-code to code when needed. Reporting & Revenue Insights - Review performance numbers across the funnel - Track pipeline coverage and velocity - Maintain clean dashboards and reporting structures - Use Mixpanel, Airtable, CRM data to provide actionable insights - Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes - This role is not just building systems — it’s improving them. Who You Are 2–5 years experience in GTM, RevOps, Growth Ops, or technical sales operations Comfortable with both no-code tools and writing scripts Experience with: HubSpot Zoho LinkedIn Sales Navigator Make / Zapier Python (scraping / automation) Mixpanel Airtable Strong understanding of outbound and pipeline mechanics Numbers-driven, you care about conversion rates, velocity, and coverage Builder mindset: high ownership, fast execution Comfortable working in ambiguity Thinks in systems, not tasks You don’t wait for instructions.
