You will design workflows, AI agents, and self-service data products that transform manual processes into scalable systems and actionable intelligence. Operating in a remote-first environment, you will work directly with sales and customer success leaders to prototype solutions, measure impact, and continuously optimize GTM operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your technical expertise will directly contribute to driving efficiency and performance across the business. You will be part of a mission-driven organization focused on improving mental healthcare, building innovative tools that save time and enable smarter decision-making. The role combines strategic problem solving with technical execution, providing both autonomy and a chance to shape a critical business function from the ground up. \n Accountabilities: Build and maintain GTM automation workflows that improve efficiency across sales and customer success teams. Design and implement AI agents and self-service data products to convert raw data into actionable intelligence. Collaborate with leadership to rapidly prototype solutions and validate measurable impact. Ensure GTM systems are scalable, documented, testable, and maintainable. Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and other automation tools to streamline operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions. Continuously evaluate and improve GTM processes using advanced analytics and AI techniques. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related GTM function. Advanced Salesforce CRM expertise, including data modeling, report building, workflow configuration, and object/field management. Proficient in SQL, able to write complex queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) for data analysis and product development. Hands-on experience with GTM automation tools such as Clay. Strong understanding of API integrations, authentication, and webhooks. Demonstrated ability to build production-quality, maintainable, and documented solutions (portfolio or GitHub examples preferred). Advanced AI/LLM experience, including RAG systems or AI agents for GTM use cases. Preferred: experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, attribution models, Salesforce Einstein, or AgentForce; familiarity with healthcare, B2B sales, or startup environments. Benefits: Fully remote U.S. work environment (excluding Hawaii) with flexible working hours. Competitive pay with full transparency of salary ranges. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, including FSA/HSA. 401(k) plan access to start saving for your future. Generous time-off policies, including two company-wide shutdown weeks for self-care. Paid parental leave for all parents (birthing, non-birthing, adoption, fostering). Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental and physical well-being. Home office stipend for new hires and quarterly department stipends for team activities. Wellness events, lunch & learns, and community/employee resource groups promoting inclusion and engagement. \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
