Description
Location: Remote Work Model: Full-time Industry: Crypto / Fintech / Consumer Trading Infrastructure Compensation: Competitive and flexible based on experience About the Company Our partner is a high-growth fintech company building more transparent access to major financial markets through blockchain-based infrastructure. Their team is focused on making market access more open, auditable, and self-custodied for users globally, especially in regions where traditional broker access is limited or unreliable. They are operating at the intersection of consumer product, finance, data, and trading infrastructure, and have already reached meaningful scale in both funding and revenue. The Opportunity Our partner is hiring a Growth Engineer (GTME) to sit at the intersection of growth, product, data, and engineering. This is not a lightweight ops or automation role. They are looking for someone genuinely technical who can build systems from scratch, turn growth and marketing data into actionable insight, and help improve discoverability, trust, and conversion across the user journey. Depending on background, this role may lean more toward data and analytics infrastructure or toward front-end experimentation and growth product work. In either case, the opportunity is highly cross-functional: you will partner closely with marketing and engineering, influence how data is used to drive decisions, and help shape how users discover and adopt a complex financial product. Responsibilities Build and improve growth systems, tooling, and workflows from the ground up Translate marketing, user, and product data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders Help develop data pipelines, experimentation infrastructure, and reporting that improve decision-making Partner with engineering and marketing to prioritize and execute growth initiatives Support initiatives related to onboarding, discoverability, trust, and conversion Contribute to API, SDK, or technical integration work where relevant Run and evaluate experiments across product surfaces, landing experiences, or user flows Help connect onchain or wallet-level activity with broader growth and go-to-market efforts where applicable Requirements 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, product growth, data science, growth analytics, or a closely related technical role Strong technical ability; comfortable building, not just operating no-code tools Experience with consumer-facing fintech, trading, brokerage, payments, or similarly data-rich consumer products Strong understanding of how marketing and product data can be structured, analyzed, and applied Experience building or working with data pipelines, experimentation systems, or analytics infrastructure Ability to work cross-functionally across growth, product, and engineering teams Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership Exposure to crypto, digital assets, or onchain activity is a plus, but not required Experience with front-end experimentation, conversion optimization, or growth product work is a plus Experience connecting technical systems to go-to-market or user acquisition strategy is a plus
