Description
GTM Engineer ZenRows | Remote | Full-time Born out of the heart of the Basque country in Bilbao, ZenRows is one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe! We work 100% remotely and believe in hiring the best people, no matter where you are in the world. Founded in 2021, our mission is to transform the future of data workflows by enabling seamless, large-scale data extraction from the web. With our powerful tools, businesses can automate data collection at scale while leveraging the most advanced anti-bot bypass system on the market. Thousands of companies worldwide—across industries like e-commerce, real estate, finance, and AI—rely on ZenRows to streamline their data pipelines, fueling automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are now looking for a GTM Engineer to join us on a permanent basis and make an instant impact. The Role ZenRows is looking for a foundational GTM Engineer to help design, build, and operate the next phase of our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and revenue execution. You will shape how ZenRows generates, prioritizes, and converts demand across PLG, inbound, and outbound motions. This is a high-ownership role with real impact—you’ll be building the GTM infrastructure that supports Sales, Marketing, and Product as the company scales. You won’t be maintaining someone else’s playbook. You’ll be helping write it. What you will do Build and maintain GTM workflows across HubSpot, Clay, External Sales Tools, and internal data sources. Translate ICP definitions into routing logic, triggers, and prioritization rules Operationalize product usage and intent signals into actionable sales workflows Design, iterate, and scale outbound infrastructure and experimentation frameworks Protect data quality, attribution, and deliverability with clear guardrails Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to double down on what converts Document systems clearly and enable teams to use them correctly What success looks like GTM workflows are reliable, scalable, and trusted Sales receives clear, prioritized signals instead of noise Automation meaningfully reduces manual work Outbound systems enable fast learning and real traction Data is clean, decision-ready, and confidently used The Person We’re not looking for a checklist robot — but here’s what would set you up for success: Must-haves Proven experience building GTM or revenue systems Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs Experience with enrichment, sequencing, and outbound tooling Strong systems thinking and an ownership mindset Comfort operating without a fully defined playbook Fluent English — we are an English-first organization Nice-to-haves Experience with Clay, Amplemarket, or similar tools Technical fluency with APIs, scripting, or data pipelines SaaS B2B experience We also embrace the Pareto principle in everything we do — focusing on the 20% of effort that drives 80% of the impact. It’s core to how we move fast and stay ahead. This role is not A RevOps governance-only role A strategy-only role A marketing ops role This role is for builders who want ownership, leverage, and long-term impact. Why you will hate working here… We are a small, high-performing team of 20, competing with companies 10x our size. There’s nowhere to hide. If you’re looking for “just a job,” this probably isn’t it. We work 100% remotely, which means heavy documentation and async communication. If you hate documenting, you probably shouldn’t apply. Feedback is constant and encouraged. If being surrounded by world-class talent with strong opinions isn’t your thing, this may feel uncomfortable. We’re a startup. If you want perfect processes, predictability, and zero ambiguity — you probably shouldn’t apply. Why you will love working here… Ownership and opportunity come first. You’ll do work here that would take years to reach in larger companies. Our CEO values world-class talent above all else — trust, autonomy, and recognition are earned and real. Truly 100% remote, work from anywhere — no “return to office” surprises. Forget rigid frameworks and buzzword methodologies. You’ll have a horizontal view of the business and freedom to make impact where it matters most. We genuinely have fun — we care deeply about building friendships, growing together, and enjoying the journey. What rewards and benefits would I get in this role? 100% remote work — real freedom, wherever life takes you The salary you’re worth — we ask what you’re looking for, not what you earned before The equipment you want — no default laptop policy Generous Learning & Development budget — we invest in our top performers Bitwarden account — security matters, especially in a remote-first world Barcelona/ Bilbao meetups — regular in-person team gatherings Deel benefits — global employment with added perks and discounts Values We are proud of our uniquely agile, fast-paced, and autonomous environment. Our core values of Ownership, Dedication, Impact, Transparency, and Agility run through everyone who works here and everything we do. Despite being fully remote, we are a sociable, supportive team with a constant desire to improve — individually and together. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion At ZenRows, we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and continuously strive to do better. Every job description is reviewed through a gender bias decoder to ensure inclusivity. We aim to create a welcoming, safe, and mentally healthy environment for everyone, wherever in the world they work from.
