What You’ll Do As our GTM Lead for the Fintech vertical, your primary mission is to execute and scale our go-to-market strategy for the financial sector and close high-value mid-market and enterprise contracts. You will drive revenue by proving how our breakthrough agentic AI technology delivers massive operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance advantages, and new monetisation opportunities for financial institutions. Drive Revenue & Execute GTM: Own the go-to-market motion and full sales cycle for the financial sector—from self-led pipeline generation and market mapping through negotiation to final signature, ruthlessly penetrating high-value Fintech verticals. Position & Pitch: Act as a market pioneer, clearly articulating the transformational ROI of managed AI agents to Fintech decision-makers, tailoring the value proposition to industry-specific pain points (e.g., scaling customer ops, fraud prevention, automated onboarding). Farm & Expand: Ensure a seamless post-sale handover to the implementation team, while retaining strategic oversight of the relationship to secure renewals, upsell new use cases, and drive multi-X growth within your closed insurance accounts. Collaborate for the Win: Work closely with product and engineering to structure compelling deals that meet strict financial security and compliance standards, and collaborate with leadership to refine pricing and packaging for the Fintech market. Activate Networks: Build and leverage an ecosystem of financial sector introducers, system integrators, and strategic partners to accelerate pipeline generation and close rates. What We’re Looking For Fintech Vertical Expertise & Network: You must bring an established network and a proven sales record selling complex tech into the financial industry. You have deep experience penetrating segments such as Neobanks, Crypto Exchanges, Payment Gateways, Traditional Banking, WealthTech, or InsurTech. Proven Record of Selling: A strong track record of hitting and exceeding target quotas, with a proven capability of generating and closing a €1M+ annual pipeline within the financial services sector. Enterprise / B2B Technology Expertise: Deep, firsthand experience value-selling complex, secure technology solutions (SaaS, AI, or data-driven products) to enterprise clients with stringent regulatory requirements. Full-Funnel GTM Ownership: Demonstrated ability to build and optimise the entire revenue funnel for a specific vertical—from outbound prospecting, demand generation, and category positioning to negotiation, closing, and account expansion. Category Creation Experience: Experience building a new category or aggressively selling a product in a space with previously low penetration. Data-Driven & Analytical: Experience with funnel analytics, spreadsheet proficiency, and using data to iterate on your go-to-market motions to close deals faster. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficient in creating compelling presentations, delivering technical demos, and negotiating with Fintech CXOs (CEO, CTO, Chief Risk/Compliance Officers).
