Job Description Role purpose Drive business growth, improve franchisees satisfaction, and enhance customer experience through effective channel operation management in Lahore zone Accountabilities To drive business growth, improve franchisees satisfaction, and enhance customer experience through effective channel operation management. Analyze and evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, and strategies of competitors in the market. This involves gathering data on competitors' market share, pricing, marketing strategies, and product offerings to inform business decisions and stay competitive. Discuss business performance with low-performed franchisees to identify areas of improvement and develop a plan to achieve company targets. To address Critical/Violator franchisees, discuss reported violations and take necessary action to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. During Monthly sales meetings, BY presenting comprehensive insights gathered from market visit and channel updates to the Sales team. (Market intelligence, Sale team support, Strategic planning) Monitor daily Nayasavera Stock Management segment manually and NSD, to ensure effective inventory management in accordance with company policies and procedures. Daily discussion on company’s ongoing policies (Abs, Special discount, Tour, YEI) to provide guidance and motivation to our franchisees for business growth and success. Daily ensure housekeeping practices on Nayasavera through which our franchisees manage their Nayasavera in accordance with company guidelines. Throughout the year closely monitor Branding Drive, coordinating with brand manager and vendors and provide on-ground support for successful branding execution
Responsibilities
