Company Description About the Role Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) is building the Electric Vehicle Operating Stack (EV.OS) to enable digital orchestration, monetization, and optimization across the EV ecosystem. The EV stack is designed to: Improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for fleet operators Enable intelligent charging and infrastructure optimization Support battery lifecycle visibility and second-life economics Integrate OEM and platform data for ecosystem monetization This role will lead commercial growth of the EV.OS platform by combining techno-economic understanding with enterprise selling capability. This is a revenue-owning role. Job Description Role Overview The Manager – EV Platform & Battery Economics will: Sell the EV.OS platform to EV startups, charging operators, fleet operators, and OEMs Build and articulate strong EV business cases (TCO, battery life, residual value, second life) Develop commercial playbooks for monetizing EV data and infrastructure Structure partnerships within the EV ecosystem Work closely with product to refine EV value propositions Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Ownership Carry defined EV.OS revenue target Close platform deals with EV ecosystem players Build recurring revenue models 2. EV Business Case Development Develop TCO models for EV fleets Articulate battery lifecycle economics (degradation, replacement, residual value) Explain second-life battery use cases Quantify ROI for charging infrastructure optimization 3. OEM & Startup Engagement Engage with: EV OEM strategy and digital teams Fleet electrification startups Charging network operators Energy storage and battery companies 4. Platform Commercialization Translate EV.OS technical capabilities into economic value Refine pricing models (subscription, transaction, platform fee) Support integration conversations with OEM tech teams Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Systems preferred) Exposure to battery technology or energy systems strongly preferred MBA optional but not mandatory Required Experience 3–6 years in: EV platform startups Battery tech companies Charging infrastructure companies EV fleet optimization firms Demonstrated commercial exposure (closed deals, partnerships, pilots) Strong understanding of: EV TCO modelling Battery degradation economics Charging infra unit economics Second-life battery markets Ability to explain techno-economic models to CXO stakeholders Additional Information Success Metrics (First 12 Months) Close minimum 2–3 EV platform deals Build structured EV business case framework for sales Activate 4 strategic EV ecosystem partnerships Deliver measurable recurring EV revenue Build OEM-level engagement pipeline Legal Entity: Mobility Platform and Services
