Company Description About the Role Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) is building integrated digital platforms across logistics, utilization, smart infrastructure, and mobility ecosystems in India. As the portfolio expands across Digital Infrastructure, Logistics, EV, and SaaS platforms, structured market intelligence and strategic clarity are critical for efficient growth. This role will combine market intelligence, commercial strategy, and ecosystem activation to support revenue acceleration across portfolios. This is a commercially oriented strategy role with direct impact on revenue decisions. Job Description Role Overview The Manager – Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy will: Build structured market and competitor intelligence frameworks Identify revenue opportunities and whitespace segments Support GTM prioritization decisions Participate in strategic partnership discussions Help convert insights into executable GTM actions This is not a passive research role — it is a strategy-to-revenue enablement role. Key Responsibilities 1. Market & Competitive Intelligence Map competitors across: Digital infrastructure Logistics platforms Parking and utilization solutions EV ecosystem SaaS players Track pricing models, monetization structures, deployment patterns Identify gaps and growth opportunities Develop structured intelligence dashboards for leadership 2. Revenue Opportunity Mapping Identify high-potential verticals, cities, and segments Support portfolio leads in prioritizing revenue plays Quantify opportunity size and effort required Assist in revenue planning and pipeline shaping 3. Strategic Partnership Scouting Identify high-value ecosystem partners Support initial commercial conversations Develop ecosystem landscape maps Assist in structuring early-stage partnership frameworks 4. Executive Communication Prepare structured quarterly GTM strategy briefs Present insights to leadership clearly and concisely Support business reviews with data-backed recommendations Qualifications Required Experience 3–5 years in one or more of: Strategy consulting Business development Corporate strategy GTM analytics Ecosystem partnerships Strong analytical skills (Excel, structured modelling) Ability to interpret data and translate into business action Exposure to mobility, logistics, or infrastructure technology preferred Strong communication and presentation capability Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field MBA preferred but not mandatory Experience in consulting firms or high-growth startups advantageous Additional Information Success Metrics (First 12 Months) Establish structured competitor intelligence system Identify minimum 3 high-impact revenue opportunities Contribute to activation of 2 strategic ecosystem partnerships Improve GTM prioritization accuracy Deliver quarterly strategy insights to leadership Legal Entity: Mobility Platform and Services
