Description
An AI SaaS Client is looking for a hands-on GTM Marketing Manager to drive the launch and growth of an AI-powered SaaS product targeting SMBs. This is a highly execution-focused role where you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, user acquisition, and product growth from 0→1. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to shape positioning, launch strategy, and growth experiments with direct impact on user adoption and revenue. Responsibilities Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Drive 0→1 product growth, from early positioning to scaling acquisition. Design and execute growth experiments across onboarding, activation, and retention. Define ICP, positioning, and messaging based on user insights and market signals. Lead Product Hunt launches and other community-driven growth initiatives. Build and optimize conversion funnels (landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing). Conduct user interviews and translate insights into product and growth strategies. Create product-facing content, including demos, use cases, and launch assets. Collaborate closely with product and engineering to iterate quickly on features and UX. Manage external partners (agencies, creators, or growth channels) as needed. Requirements Proven experience working on 0→1 products in startup or early-stage environments. Strong track record of driving user growth, activation, or revenue outcomes. Hands-on experience with GTM strategy, product launches, and growth execution. Ability to operate across product, marketing, and growth (hybrid mindset). Experience running experiments (A/B testing, onboarding optimization, funnel improvements). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership. Strong communication skills — able to translate product value into clear messaging. Experience with AI, SaaS, or developer tools is a plus.
