QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years in Marketing Ops or General Ops at a high-growth company.
  • Proven experience with paid-media tagging/attribution, email deliverability, and event logistics.
  • Hands-on admin experience in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a marketing-automation platform.
  • Track record of building dashboards in SFDC and BI tools.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We’re looking for a data-driven Operations Analyst who can keep Magical’s growth machine running smoothly across marketing, sales, and bizops. You’ll own campaign hygiene, event logistics, attribution, dashboards, and quarterly close support—freeing the GTM team to focus on pipeline and revenue. If you love untangling data flows and turning messy spreadsheets into crisp insights, you’ll thrive here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Paid Media Operations: Coordinate campaign tracking (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), QA pixels/UTMs, and ensure accurate lead routing and attribution in Salesforce.
  • Trade Show & Event Logistics: Manage end-to-end logistics—booth shipping, collateral, swag, insurance forms, registrations, flights, and hotels.
  • Lifecycle & Email Ops: Build trigger-based workflows, create segmented lists, enforce CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance, and run weekly deliverability checks.
  • Reporting & Insights: Own dashboards for Leads, MQLs, Calls Booked/Held, and channel conversion rates; deliver weekly and monthly performance summaries with recommendations.
  • Tech & Process Ownership: Act as primary admin for Salesforce and connected GTM tools; document SOPs, train teammates, and drive process automation to reduce manual work.
  • SEO Ops: Run quarterly content hygiene audits, run pre-built content workflows, and publish monthly SEO KPI reports with AI-generated commentary.
  • Lead & Account List Enablement: Clean, de-duplicate, and enrich inbound lead lists, and collaborate with AEs to tier ICP-aligned target accounts.
