What you'll do Drive end-to-end GTM processes, such as: Building and optimizing sales territories for a fast growing sales team Owning lead qualification & routing, and marketing campaign & event analytics to drive prospecting and pipeline growth across target segments Managing our RFP response process flows, and partnering with Legal, Security, Sales, and Product to improve and scale our process over time Work with pricing, legal, operations, sales, and finance team to identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations and design solutions to help Sierra scale Serve as a versatile and proactive team player, taking on both foundational tasks and high-impact strategic initiatives that enable the GTM team’s success What you'll bring 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, legal / security operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) A detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive and execute initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives Even better... Responsibilities
