Description
About OH.io OH.io is transforming Columbus into America’s startup technology capital — the global hub where capital, talent, and opportunity converge. Backed by Ratmir Timashev and powered by an AI-driven Go-To-Market Accelerator, we ignite B2B SaaS founders with GTM acceleration to build global companies from Columbus. With capital ready to deploy, a deep bench of talent, and the gravitational pull of Fortune 500 anchors, OH.io is making Columbus not just competitive—but indispensable. Through our GTM Acceleration Pods, we deliver specialized teams that drive growth and support every portfolio resident. As part of this mission, we are building a local GTM Hub office in Columbus to serve as the center of activity and collaboration. Role Summary Our portfolio companies are aggressive, early-stage (~$1M ARR), and moving fast. To help them scale, we deploy elite GTM talent (Sales Leaders, RevOps, SEs, SDRs, AEs) to ensure these founders win. As a GTM Program Manager, you work alongside the deployed team and the Founders to capture, track, and force the completion of the critical initiatives that build a company’s foundation. When a Sales Leader says, "We need a defined SQL framework," you are the one who ensures that the project is scoped, assigned, tracked, and completed so we can hit our revenue goals. Our Sales Leaders provide the direction. Our RevOps teams provide the mechanics. You provide the discipline. Without you, initiatives slip, timelines drag, and revenue goals are missed. With you, we build world-class companies at speed. Key Responsibilities You are the master of momentum. You will be managing the GTM "To-Do" list across 2 to 4 startups simultaneously. Capture the Chaos: In a strategy session, ten great ideas will be discussed (e.g., "Build an expansion tracker," "Define sales stages," "Create a hiring rubric"). Your job is to grab those ideas, prioritize and remove the noise, create project plans, and ensure they don't die on the whiteboard. Strengthen the Foundation: These startups are young. They lack process and bandwidth. You will drive the initiatives that install the "plumbing" ensuring that by the end of our engagement, they have a scalable, friction-free revenue machine. Remove Blockers: If a Founder is stalling on a decision that is holding up the RevOps team, you unblock it. If a Sales Leader is too busy closing deals to document a process, you help extract that information and get it on paper. Manage "Beyond the Pod": Not every revenue blocker is fixed by a sales person. Sometimes the blocker is a clunky onboarding flow or a contract missing auto-renewal terms. If it impacts revenue, it’s on your tracker. You will drive these initiatives to completion, ensuring the startup’s internal teams deliver on the changes that unblock our sellers, even if those teams aren’t a part of OH.io. Project Visibility: Establish a clear view of all "In-Flight" GTM initiatives across your assigned portfolio companies. Infrastructure Completion: Successfully project-manage the rollout of core processes (e.g., Sales Stage definitions, QBR structures, Onboarding flows) for your cohort. Playbook Adoption: Ensure that once processes are built, they are actively being used by the teams and the startup (process adherence). Cross-Functional Velocity: Reduce the time it takes to resolve non-sales blockers that are stalling revenue growth. Qualifications The $0 to $5M Journey: You have direct, hands-on experience working in a B2B SaaS or AI startup during the early scaling phase ($0–$5M ARR). You know what "finding Product-Market Fit" feels like, and you aren't scared of the messiness that comes with it. Multi-Stakeholder Management: You have a track record of managing projects where you didn't have direct authority over the people doing the work, yet you still got the result. The Finisher: You are allergic to "In Progress." You are obsessed with checking boxes and moving projects to "Done." GTM Fluent: You don’t need to be a VP of Sales, but you must understand the language. When we talk about "Sales Stages," "CAC," or "Deal Velocity," you know exactly what connects to what. Diplomatic but Relentless: You will be holding Founders and senior leaders accountable to deadlines. You know how to be firm and push for results without burning bridges. Structured Thinker: You can look at a messy startup environment and see the missing pieces. You bring order to the chaos through clear communication, timelines, and follow-up.
