HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Partner with GTM team hiring managers across multiple departments to set a road map and hiring plan for your active positions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for a high volume workload and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
• Work on a global stage conducting searches in EMEA, APAC, and North American regions.
• Create and update job descriptions as needed and maintain a clean ATS
• Work with our Recruiting Coordinator in maintaining a strong line of communication regarding scheduling and moving candidates through the hiring process
• Although this position will focus on GTM roles, you will take on searches with other departments as needed.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies
