In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping customer-facing teams by leading the recruitment processes. Your contributions will directly influence the candidate experience and the overall success of hiring initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure that we attract top talent while continuously improving our recruitment processes. The position demands a detail-oriented individual who strives for excellence and is committed to fostering a high-quality pipeline of candidates in a dynamic environment. \n Accountabilities Generating, maintaining, and processing evergreen pipeline for GTM teams. Sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates, including interviewing, assessing, managing, negotiating, and closing. Providing a proactive, detail-oriented, high-touch candidate experience across every step of the recruiting process. Partnering with hiring managers to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes. Identifying and recommending or implementing process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team. Requirements 6+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience in successfully recruiting and hiring within a GTM (SALES) organization. Track record of creating high-quality, high-volume candidate pipelines. Ability to partner with and influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
