JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented GTM (Go-To-Market) Product Manager with deep experience in the snack industry. This role will be pivotal in shaping our product strategy, leading the full lifecycle of snack product launches from selection to shelf, and ensuring strong market performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of product management or GTM experience in the snack, FMCG, or food retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proven success in product launches.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • PRODUCT SELECTION & DEVELOPMENT:Identify and curate snack products through market research, trend analysis, and taste testing to ensure alignment with consumer preferences and brand strategy.
  • LAUNCH TIMELINE & PLANNING:Develop and manage GTM plans including launch schedules, channel coordination, and pricing strategies to ensure timely and successful rollouts.
  • SALES DATA MONITORING:Track and analyze product performance metrics and market feedback to optimize sales strategy and inform future product decisions.
  • INVENTORY & PROFITABILITY MANAGEMENT:Monitor inventory levels and manage product lifecycle (including end-of-life strategies), ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:Work closely with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to align product positioning, resource allocation, and promotional campaigns.
  • CONSUMER TESTING & INSIGHTS:Lead or participate in product tasting and user testing initiatives, translating feedback into actionable improvements.
