COMPENSATION:
$75,000 - $85,000

Requirements:
As a GTM Sourcer & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Agora, you’ll be instrumental in helping us scale our high-performing go-to-market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with our U.S. Talent Acquisition and HR team to find, engage, and support top candidates for sales, customer success, and related roles.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role with a strong emphasis on sourcing and screening. You’ll identify and engage top-of-funnel GTM talent, lead initial conversations, and manage candidate communication to ensure a high-quality experience from the very first touchpoint. You’ll also partner closely with hiring managers to guide searches end-to-end, aligning on role requirements, moving candidates through the process, and delivering strong hiring outcomes.
