Description
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. You will be a key contributor, working closely with senior members of the team, and leaders across the organization. In this role, you will help support strategic, operational, and organizational improvements. The scope of your work will be dynamic; you will directly contribute to solving customer problems and work with the team to analyze, prioritize, and execute on strategic opportunities. Who You Are: You’re an owner with a strong bias for action. You take responsibility for your projects and analyses, dive deep into the details, and ensure your projects are executed smoothly from start to finish. You are highly analytical and structured. You excel at breaking down complex problems into manageable components and delivering clear, actionable insights. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience is a must. You are a clear and effective communicator. You have strong business judgment and can communicate your findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and team members, using data to support your story. You enjoy working cross-functionally. You are comfortable collaborating with different teams and can help engineering resolve a technical issue one day and work with Accounting and Finance the next. You have 1-3 years of experience in a high-performance work environment, such as Strategy/Management Consulting, Business Operations, Go-to-Market, or a similar analytical role in a high-growth tech company. What You’ll Do: Support and drive key workstreams within cross-functional, high-priority initiatives across the Go-To-Market organization. Partner with team members to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems. You will deliver data-driven insights that support leadership decision-making. Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and processes that make the GTM organization more operationally efficient. You might be identifying gaps in a process one day, and building dashboards the next. Identify friction points in workflows. You will frequently be tasked with mapping the current state of a process, identifying pain points, and mapping a future state iteration to improve performance. This role reports into our Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity. For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter. Pay Range $67,500—$120,000 USD
