About the role We are seeking an experienced cross-platform technical operator ensuring integrations, workflows, and data integrity across the entire GTM ecosystem are fit for purpose and enhance the commercial team’s continual improvement focus. The ideal candidate will have accreditation in Salesforce and highly adept at managing key systems such as Salesforce, commission platform and PSA systems to enhance commercial operations and data insights. The GTM System Technical Administrator is responsible for the technical operation, integration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the company’s Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack. This includes sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations systems such as CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, marketing automation, customer intelligence tools, data enrichment, and analytics platforms. The role ensures data accuracy, seamless system integration, workflow automation, and scalable GTM processes that drive revenue team efficiency A GTM System Technical Administrator ensures the entire GTM technology ecosystem works seamlessly, delivering: Clean, reliable data across all systems Integrated workflows that eliminate silos Faster and more efficient revenue operations Scalable processes for growth Strong foundations for reporting, forecasting, and analytics What you'll do Systems Administration & Configuration Administer and configure GTM systems such as CRM (Salesforce), PSA tools, Commission calculation platforms, Tableau or similar. Maintain user accounts, permissions, governance standards, and access policies across all GTM platforms. Build and optimize workflows, sequences, automations, and templates aligned to GTM operations. Integration & Data Management Design, implement, and maintain integrations across GTM systems using APIs – removing the need for manual inputting of data from one system to another Own data synchronization logic, data mapping, and troubleshooting of sync issues between platforms. Work with the Sales Operations function to understand process needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Technical Troubleshooting & Support Serve as the technical escalation point for system issues, integration failures, and workflow breakdowns. Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term system improvements. Work with vendors as needed to troubleshoot platform-specific issues. Governance, Compliance & Security Maintain documentation for system configuration, integrations, and process flows. Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC2, etc.). Support audits, access reviews, and system change management processes. Reporting & Analytics Support Ensure clean, reliable data for dashboards and reporting. Provide system-level insights on data quality, workflow performance, and tool adoption. Support configuration of reporting tables, sync rules, and integrations that feed BI tools. Qualifications Required 3–5+ years of experience managing GTM systems in Sales Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Professional Services Automation or similar roles. Hands-on technical experience with multiple GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Workato) Strong understanding of data structures, API fundamentals, and system integrations. Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems across multi-tool ecosystems. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT workflows, or data lake integrations. Experience managing enterprise-grade CRM integrations Exposure to automation design frameworks and best practices for workflow optimization. Key Skills Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical thinking. Deep understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) processes. Integration and API fluency. Data governance and quality management. Cross-system workflow design. Project management and vendor coordination. Ability to work independently and in partnership with GTM teams.
