The Role: Why This Job Exists As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in scaling high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for fast-growing tech companies. Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-critical roles, helping organisations grow quickly and sustainably. You’ll be supported by a squad of delivery specialists and talent experts, all working together to solve hiring challenges and accelerate business growth.
