The GTM Technical Enablement Manager is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact technical training programs for Cognigy partners and internal teams (Cognigy Crew). This role will ensure that partners and employees gain the skills and confidence needed to implement and optimize AI-driven conversational experiences using Cognigy’s AI Agents.
You will focus on developing structured, scalable technical training (both live and on-demand) and certification programs, executing hands-on technical bootcamps, and driving measurable outcomes such as certification rates, time-to-competency, and training satisfaction scores.
