Job Description About the Role Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) has developed a comprehensive Utilization Operating Stack (Z.OS) that enables digital monetization of parking, tolling, and urban infrastructure assets.This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong partnerships, ecosystem activation, and direct commercial engagement within the utilization and infrastructure domain.This is a revenue-owning, partnership-led commercial role. Role Overview The Manager – Utilization & Infrastructure Partnerships will: Drive revenue from the Z.OS platform Build and activate strategic partnerships across the infrastructure ecosystem Structure commercial models with operators and infrastructure stakeholders Identify scalable growth opportunities across utilization assets This role combines partnership development and active selling capability Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Ownership Carry defined revenue target within the Utilization portfolio Close commercial agreements directly and via partners Drive recurring revenue growth 2. Partnership Development Develop structured partnerships with: Parking and infrastructure operators Real estate and asset owners Smart infrastructure concessionaires Urban mobility ecosystem players Infrastructure integrators Structure revenue-share, concession, or platform-based commercial agreements. 3. Commercial Scaling Identify high-potential deployment opportunities Develop repeatable partnership models Collaborate with product teams to refine commercial positioning 4. Ecosystem & Cross-Sell Alignment Support cross-sell opportunities across mobility stack Work with Digital Infrastructure and Logistics verticals where relevant Enable bundled mobility solutions where appropriate 5. Commercial Discipline Maintain structured pipeline management Ensure pricing discipline and margin focus Drive measurable adoption targets Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, or Business MBA preferred but not mandatory Exposure to infrastructure or PPP frameworks advantageous Required Experience 5–8 years in one or more of: Infrastructure technology sales Mobility or smart infrastructure platforms Parking or ITS ecosystems Asset monetization platforms Proven ability to close commercial agreements Demonstrated partnership-building capability Existing network within infrastructure or mobility ecosystem preferred Experience structuring revenue-share or concession models is a plus Location Mumbai/Delhi/Ahmedabad/Pune Additional Information Success Metrics (First 12 Months) Achieve assigned Utilization revenue target Activate 3–5 structured partnerships Close minimum 5 commercial agreements Establish repeatable commercial model Deliver measurable recurring revenue growth Legal Entity: Mobility Platform and Services
