Section 1: Design and manage commercial team’s incentive compensation Simulate and provide incentive proposals for commercial team based on robust understanding of business strategies Communicate with related departments to facilitate and reach consensus on commercial incentive policy Ensure clear communication with commercial team Track incentive actual payout, manage budget utilization and provide analysis accordingly (e.g. IC payout retrospective analysis, etc.) Section 2: Manage and continuously optimize commercial target setting method Manage commercial target setting including account receivables, DSO, etc. Allocate target to individual CDC levels Ensure effective simulations and accurate allocation Section 3: Commercial achievement and appeal processing and validation Deal with multiple patterns of commercial appeals to generate final business achievement Close collaboration with finance BP, supply chain, credit management and hub functions Section 4: Lead projects as required to support the execution of GTMC strategic initiatives: Coordinate projects that are strategic for customer-facing function of GTMC Constantly look, propose and implement initiatives and solutions to deliver higher business efficiency and simplification in alignment with the business team Section 5: Commercial analysis: Provide operational efficiency related commercial analysis including FTE deployment of commercial team, retrospective analysis of commercial IC or performance Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
