Job Purpose The Guarantee Analyst evaluates the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to support guarantee decisions. ACCOUNTIBILITIES 1. Credit Assessment: - Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documentation to assess credit risk. - Evaluate the financial health of borrowers, including cash flow, debt levels, and repayment capacity. 2. Reporting: - Prepare comprehensive credit analysis reports outlining findings and recommendations. - Present credit assessments to management or credit committees for decision-making. 3. Risk Management: - Monitor existing credit accounts to identify potential risks and recommend actions to mitigate them. - Stay updated on economic trends and industry developments that may impact credit risk. 4. Collaboration: - Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the credit approval process. - Provide insights and advice on credit policies and procedures. 5. Documentation: - Ensure all credit applications and supporting documents are complete and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate records of credit evaluations and decisions. Position Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 0-1 Years of experience or Previous experience in credit analysis or financial analysis preferred. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Skills: - Financial analysis and forecasting - Risk assessment and management - Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis - Knowledge of credit policies and regulations - Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
