Guardian Life Insurance uses RippleMatch to find top talent. 2026 Guardian Summer Intern, Enterprise Sponsorship Marketing & External Communications Our 2025 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian. Internship Dates: The internship program will run from Thursday, May 28, 2026 - Friday, August 7, 2026. You are: A rising senior (graduation date of May 2027) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. Location (housing is not provided): New York, NY You have: A concentration in marketing, communications, or business A foundational understanding of marketing basics and building a marketing plan Interest in learning about external communications (PR, social media, events, thought leadership) and sports/sponsorship / partnership marketing Strong organizational and project management skills Strong communications and writing skills You will: Partner with marketing and communications leaders to develop and activate sponsorship and partnership plans and external communications campaigns Learn how to support executives for brand visibility and launch integrated thought leadership campaigns. Salary Range: $20-$35 per hour Salary Range: $20.00 - $35.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
