Job Description The Guest Activities Coordinator Adventure Programs is responsible for leading and developing outdoor experiences that connect guests to the natural beauty of Twin Farms. This role focuses on guiding hiking and biking excursions both on and off property, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and highly personalized guest experience. This position plays an integral role in shaping our outdoor programming and requires someone who is equally comfortable leading an activity, managing safety in dynamic environments, and delivering a level of service consistent with a luxury hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities Outdoor Programming & Guest Experience Lead guided hiking and biking experiences on and off property, tailored to guest ability and interest Design and deliver seasonal outdoor programming that reflects the landscape and guest preferences Act as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating needs and personalizing each experience Create a welcoming, engaging environment that encourages guest participation and connection Safety & Operations Serve as a Wilderness First Responder, ensuring guest safety across all activities Assess weather, terrain, and conditions to make sound decisions in real time Prepare and maintain all equipment and activity areas to the highest standards Respond calmly and effectively to changing conditions, guest needs, or emergencies Collaboration & Support Coordinate closely with internal teams to execute daily guest itineraries Support broader guest services as needed, including arrivals, property tours, and special requests Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of outdoor offerings Qualifications Experience leading outdoor activities such as hiking and/or biking Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong judgment and a calm, capable presence in dynamic environments A genuine passion for the outdoors paired with a hospitality mindset Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of guests Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented Experience with fly fishing or other outdoor pursuits such as Nordic skiing is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain Additional Information At Twin Farms, we believe that when our team members are genuinely cared for, they are empowered to deliver extraordinary hospitality.
