Longwood Gardens is seeking part-time Guest Admissions Representatives to help deliver genuine first and last impressions to our guests. Responsibilities include:  * Renting mobility equipment, working at our Guest Services Desk, and scanning tickets at access points * Ticketing and member services, including selling admission tickets, memberships, and special events tickets * Communicating pertinent information to our guests regarding current displays, exhibits, and shows * Working in a high-volume contact center answering calls, emails, and chats * Booking group visits, continuing education courses, and K-12 reservations * Responding to guest concerns and finding guest resolutions  This is a part-time, year-round (not seasonal) role that will begin on April 27, 2026. The schedule varies and requires working a minimum average of 20 hours per week including  evenings, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will possess: * Exceptional customer service skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work standing and sitting for long periods of time and in varying weather conditions  * Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and computer applications * Call Center or Box Office experience is a plus Longwood Gardens is committed to nurturing a diverse and inclusive environment that celebrates the complexities and differences of all living things.
