SUMMARY
The Guest Advocate will be responsible for facilitating our guests’ experience and ensuring target sales are met. They are responsible for working with each of our guests needing vehicle repair through education and customer service. Success looks like happy guests leaving 5-star reviews, increased business and profitability, and interpersonal growth with a sleepless mindset of constant improvement. This position is designed to serve both our internal and external guests with a complete focus on developing relationships while maintaining the company’s standards for ethical business practices.

YOUR SEAT RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience – You’re responsible for ensuring each guest has a positive experience by educating them of their vehicles’ needs and updating them throughout each point of their service.
- Say “Yes” to guests to keep the bays consistently full.
- Assist waiting guests.
- Communicate with other location managers & advisors, marketing department, operations manager, district manager, controller & owner frequently.
- Utilize the tools for guest communications across all platforms.
- Educate and counsel guests on proper vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Ensure all guests are updated daily.
- All touch points of our guests’ experience
Manager Assistance – You’re responsible for assisting the guest experience manage with the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Build & Sell estimates that you have created
- Assist manager with handling of cores, returns and inventory
- Assist manager with handling of flags within our point-of-sale system
- Assist manager with keeping purchases and receipts in line with company directives
- Assist manager to ensure target margins are achieved
- Assist manager with working with fleet accounts
- Assist manager in demonstrating leadership in our business
- Assist manager with building management
- Ensure front of shop is clean and presentable for our guests
Personal Development – You are focused on constant growth. You are always looking for ways to become better at your craft to tailor our customers’ needs.
- Conduct bi-monthly meetings with other service advisors with a follow-up conference with the operations manager.
- Attend/perform any relevant training that is offered.
- Fill in at other locations in the event of absences to help the company meet each locations’ guest needs. This gives you the opportunity to learn different methods of dealing with different people as each location as unique guests.
