SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Guest and Owner services Advisor to join our team at Rural Retreats in the UK and this to be based in our Stow on the Wold Office. The role entails enhancing our guests’ experiences by providing exceptional service and support throughout their stay. As a Guest and Owner services Advisor, you will play a key role in aligning our services with our mission to create unforgettable holiday experiences. Additionally, this role will also entail liaising with our portfolio’s owners to maintain a positive working partnership.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving via Telephone, Emails, Face to Face and Livechat
  • Handle administration tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Promote additional services and upsell properties to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain phone etiquette while managing incoming calls from guests and owners.
  • Analyse guest or owners feedback to improve service offerings and address concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all guest and owners needs are met.
  • Assisting with daily running of the office.
  • Based in Stow on the Wold, in The Square
  • Required to work Saturday cover on a rota basis, with a day in lieu

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HOSPITALITY ROLES IS PREFERRED.

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in administration and related software applications.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse feedback and implement improvements effectively.
  • Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Good Multitasking skills
  • Full Clean driving license
