We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by assisting with reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions. Responsibilities Welcome guests in a courteous, warm, and professional manner Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Assist guests with arranging activities, dining reservations, transportation, and local excursions Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout each guest’s stay Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Compensation & Benefits Pay: $18/hour Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off 401(k) with employer match If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to apply and become part of the Winvian Farm team.
