Description Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience like no other. We are a Relais & Chateaux small luxury hotel located in the Litchfield Hills. Our staff is dedicated to exceptional guest service above all else. Join our team as a Guest Assistant and help provide our guests with extraordinary service through taking hotel reservations, checking guests in and out in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, or organizing guest excursions and/or activities on and off site. Full Time position Starting pay $17/ hour with a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurances, as well as paid time-off and a 401K with employer match. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. A flexible schedule required which includes some weekends, holidays and overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and be able to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities

The Guest Assistant will be responsible for providing extraordinary service by managing hotel reservations and handling guest check-in and check-out processes in a courteous and professional manner. This role also involves organizing various guest excursions and activities both on and off the resort premises.
