Job Description

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Consistently delivering thoughtful, professional, and proactive guest service
  • Cleaning all assigned guestrooms to the highest standards
  • Taking initiative to add a personal touch to each guest’s experience
  • Ensuring guests’ privacy and belongings are respected while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Reporting maintenance needs and ensuring safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Performing other duties as required to maintain smooth operations
    Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE WE ASK THAT YOU HAVE:

  • A warm, caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
  • The ability to anticipate and address guest needs while remaining professional and approachable
