As a Guest Communications Concierge, you will serve as the central point of communication for guest services and all internal hotel departments. This role involves managing high volumes of phone calls, coordinating guest requests, and providing essential support to the bell and front desk teams. You will also assist in concierge services, Food & Beverage, and other operational areas as needed. Ideal candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally through the hotel’s phone system.
  • Submit, track, and follow up on guest requests across departments.
  • Communicate with hotel departments via radio (valet, bell, shuttle, etc.).
  • Provide hotel information and assist with reservations using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Support bell team with package deliveries and luggage handling (up to 40 lbs).
  • Restock supplies for front desk and back office.
  • Assist front desk during busy periods.
  • Sort and distribute guest mail and packages.
  • Maintain a professional and guest-centric demeanor.
  • Assist Food & Beverage with room service orders.
  • Support concierge team with guest inquiries via phone and email.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cross-train in other operational areas as needed.
  • Assist with special projects or events.
  • Provide backup support during staff shortages.
