About the Role: As a Guest Connector at Off The Hook, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers and ensures a seamless checkout experience. Your primary responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, handling cash and payments, and addressing customer inquiries with a positive attitude. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a clean and organized Guest Connector station, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service.
