Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be proficient in creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets in various advanced forms
  • Experience with Banner system preferred
  • Proficient in research and analysis reporting
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute major EM events to include College Preview Weekend, Information Sessions, Discover Regent Honors Bound, FUGE Camps, etc.
  • Coordinate all event details, such as file maintenance, packet creations, name tags, signs and specific event materials.
  • Monitor and process registrations from EM event email accounts for events and answer questions from prospective students pertaining to the event.
  • Monitor Admin Interface for any changes in registered event prospects, regarding registration options, payments, duplicates or other misc. needs.
  • Provide counts of upcoming event registration for supervisor (weekly or biweekly) depending on event date.
  • Work with internal departments & external vendors to coordinate catering & setup needs.
  • Prepare budget paperwork for reimbursements and payments to internal departments and external vendors.
  • Tabulate all EM event statistics including matching Banner ID’s, tabulating survey results, Inside Sales/Recruiter updates and other event module support.
  • Maintain expert knowledge in Power BI, Banner, Recruiter and other programs deemed essential for prospective student and applicant functions.
  • Organize and maintain event inventory, decorations and equipment for use by EM and departments.
  • Provide front desk reception and customer service when necessary.
  • Provide post-event reports for all events to include applications and enrollment deposits collected, attendance rates, total cost, faculty and staff volunteer assignments, and an overall summary of each event.
  • Plan and execute all after action review meetings.
