Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a part-time Guest Experience Coordinator — the first point of contact for our clients and a key player in making every visit feel seamless, warm, and memorable.
This isn’t just a front desk role. For the right person, it’s the first step toward a future leadership position where you’ll shape guest experience strategy, coach a team, and drive operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (STARTING ROLE)

  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, scheduling, and client communications
  • Assist with membership sign-ups and service promotions in a natural, client-focused way
  • Maintain treatment rooms, amenities, and front-of-house presentation standards
  • Process payments and keep accurate records
  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure guests’ needs are met quickly and efficiently
  • Learn Revibe’s guest journey, service offerings, and operational systems inside out

Over time — with mentorship from our Wellness Director — you’ll gain the skills and responsibilities to:

  • Coach and mentor other Guest Experience Coordinators
  • Lead weekly KPI and scoreboard reviews to improve performance
  • Curate and refine the entire guest experience journey
  • Develop onboarding processes and checklists to ensure every guest’s first visit is unforgettable
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, and collections with transparency and accuracy
  • Maintain facility standards and product presentation to brand excellence
  • Coordinate team participation in community events to strengthen local connections
  • Manage operational protocols, from win-back calls to follow-up systems, ensuring the highest service standard
