Key Responsibilities Welcome guests, manage VIP amenities, and handle personalized requests. Record guest preferences and feedback in PMS/CRM. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service. Monitor arrivals, departures, and participate in daily briefings. Maintain professional standards of appearance, communication, and conduct. Track online reviews and suggest service improvements. 2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’ Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset At Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
