Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing front-of-house departments to uphold high service standards.
  • Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly, providing personalized attention throughout their stay.
  • Guest Engagement: Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, and special offers.
  • Feedback Analysis: Help analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance their experience.
  • VIP Coordination: Support pre-arrival preparations and ensure VIP guests have an impeccable stay.
  • Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Promote Offerings: Highlight the hotel’s unique experiences and activities to guests.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication between departments to efficiently resolve guest requests.
