The Guest Experience Ambassador is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests while supporting sales initiatives. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction, all while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Guest Experience Enhancement:

  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Gather and relay guest feedback to management to inform service improvements and operational adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects the company’s brand standards

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve guests and drive sales
Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and engage with guests warmly and professionally, providing a high level of service at all times.
  • Understand guest needs and preferences to tailor interactions and recommendations.
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive sales.

Sales Support:

  • Assist guests in selecting products or services that meet their needs, effectively presenting features and benefits.
  • Encourage and facilitate sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
