Job Summary The Guest Experience Assistant I supports the delivery of a welcoming, high-quality experience for all guests. This entry-level role focuses on executing service standards, assisting with daily operations and events, and collaborating with Culinary, Hospitality, and Guest Experience teams to create positive, memorable moments for every guest. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and break down tables, chairs, and food stations for events and daily service Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of china, glassware, silverware, and service items Stock and set up supplies including linens, china, silverware, glassware, and beverages Deliver food and beverage items to guests in a timely and professional manner Operate and maintain all Guest Experience equipment required for various service types Develop knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries for events and residences Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory in storage and staging areas Monitor guest needs and communicate requests or concerns to leadership as appropriate Provide guests with an enjoyable, expertly served dining and beverage experience Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Skills & Experience Prior food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with casual and formal table service standards a plus Strong willingness to learn and follow direction Basic communication and customer service skills Organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Certifications & Licensing TB Clearance Card required Valid driver’s license preferred Education High school diploma or equivalent Physical Demands & Working Conditions Regular handling of food, service items, and equipment Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts Flexible availability including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to operate utility and company vehicles Core Competencies Communication: Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
