WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.

  • You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns, and responding to complaints.
  • Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
  • Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
  • Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
  • Planning and delivering our market leading true life events program.
  • Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team.
  • Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.
  • Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.

We have 2 x full time roles available (37.5 hours a week) and 1 x part time role available (16 hours a week)
We operate a 24/7 site, weekend availability essential. Hours between 8am-8pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
